Buddy is a beautiful, pure black kitty, approximately 5 years old. He is extremely affectionate with his people and loves to sit on his persons lap and give head butts. Buddy has had a stressful start to his life. While in his first home, his owners would often tell the family dog to chase him. As you can imagine, this terrified him. His second home loved him very much, but the family dog was young and also chased Buddy. Because of this, Buddy often stayed in the basement and didn’t get much family time. In his current foster home, he is with a couple labs and another cat. He has become comfortable with these dogs and cat, although he was introduced very slowly and the dogs do not chase him. He has not been around children, but I feel that he would do really well with respectful children. He would also do great as an only pet, but based on how he is with my dogs and cat, I believe he would do well with other pets (but would need time to decompress and get used to his new environment before putting them all together.
