Meet Tuttsie! This 5 month old is so gorgeous! Photos just can't capture it; she has beautiful orange undertones and as sweet as can be!! Update from her foster Mom: Tootsie and scooter are the most affectionate cats, they run to greet you when you come home. They love to snuggle and play. They come running when you offer treats.
